Note: If you are a left-leaning preacher, any criticism of America is automatically invalid. If you're a right-leaning preacher, all criticism is valid, and only America-haters would argue otherwise.
Acceptable:
American is doomed because gays, abortionists, terrorists, fornicators, heathens, environmentalists, etc, are pushing their evil agendas on God-fearing folks.
Unacceptable:
America is doomed because we actively oppress the poor and disadvantaged across the globe (and support those who do, as well), and actively disregard the teachings of Jesus.
Remember everyone, Jesus hates the same people you hate, and whole-heartedly approves of American hegemony. Anything else is un-American.
